Clear Responsibility. The RIB Club members app is designed around one idea: your time is valuable. Whether you’re visiting Mallorca for a few weeks at a time, living on the island year-round, or looking for quick, spontaneous access alongside a larger yacht, the app exists to remove friction and make boating feel effortless. It’s not technology for technology’s sake. The app quietly supports the standards that make the club work, reliability, fairness, and care, without getting in the way of enjoyment. ![WhatsApp Image 2026-03-04 at 14.03.12](https://www.ribclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/WhatsApp%20Image%202026-03-04%20at%2014.03.12.jpeg?width=1903&height=1660&name=WhatsApp%20Image%202026-03-04%20at%2014.03.12.jpeg) ## Plan ahead, without losing flexibility Members use the app to view availability and manage bookings across the club’s marinas. From 2026, members can hold two planned booking days at any time. This means you can: **Plan family days and weekends in advance** **Secure dates when friends or guests are visiting** **Book confidently around school holidays or work schedules** At the same time, the system protects availability so no single member can dominate access during peak periods. The result is freedom with balance, something many owners struggle to achieve privately. ![Private boating membership](https://www.ribclub.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2.webp?width=937&height=656&name=2.webp) ## Built For Spontaneous Boating While planning matters, spontaneity is just as important. The app is designed to support shorter, informal outings as easily as full-day plans. Members can: - Make **same-day reservations** when availability allows - Take advantage of **early returns** for quick trips - Enjoy boating that fits around work, family, or weather conditions This is particularly valuable for members who don’t want boating to feel like an event that requires preparation or coordination. You can decide on the day, open the app, and go. This process: #### Protects members from responsibility for pre-existing issues #### Keeps boats in excellent condition #### Allows the team to resolve small issues early #### Maintains consistent standards across the fleet It’s quick, clear, and designed to feel supportive rather than restrictive. ## Accountability Without Confrontation One of the biggest challenges in shared boating is accountability. The app solves this quietly and professionally. Because bookings, usage, and condition are clearly logged: Boats are treated with greater care Boats are treated with greater care Standards are maintained without constant oversight Standards are maintained without constant oversight Disputes are avoided Disputes are avoided Members understand what’s expected, and the system reinforces that automatically. This creates a calmer, more respectful club environment — something members actively value. Behind it is a team that knows the boats, the marinas, and the members. If plans change or flexibility is needed, support is always available. The result is a system that feels predictable, professional, easy to live with and fair. Ultimately, the members app exists to do one thing well: give you more time on the water, with less effort and fewer compromises.
